1. Using the Allen key, unscrew the stem cap and position the mount in the fork tube.
2. Screw the mount as tight as possible by hand, remove the rubber cap from the mount and finish tightening with the key in the middle of the magnets.
3. Put the cap back on the mount. Insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and you're off!
FAQ
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not an issue we have encountered.
For one thing, the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing feature. There is no more risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts most often occur on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there is nothing you can do.
Once again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.

How do I choose my sleeve?
Choose the sleeve that best fits your phone from the three sizes (M / XL / 2XL) for an optimal fit. Use our size guide for a personalized recommendation. Otherwise, measure your phone with its case:
- Phone height up to 14.7 cm: choose the M sleeve
- Phone height up to 16.5 cm: choose the XL sleeve
- Phone height up to 17.2 cm: choose the 2XL sleeve
Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone.

Is the sleeve fully touch-responsive?
Yes, of course. And to ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right sleeve size — refer to our size guide.
Does the sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any issue with our 3 sleeves.
Can I charge my phone?
Of course! The Classic and Pro sleeves have a slot to pass the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay on an equivalent size, you don't need to buy anything. If not, you can simply buy the sleeve again — no need to repurchase everything.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the case to charge your phone on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be sufficient to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
