Yes. The magnets support 6 kg of force on running products and 8 kg on two-wheeler products.
They have been tested on a circuit at over 220 km/h and in a wind tunnel (learn more about wind resistance here).
No matter your speed on a motorcycle, while running or cycling, no matter the road conditions... Your phone won't move. However: it is a removable system — in the event of a direct impact on the Sleeve or a fall, there is a risk that the Sleeve could detach! If you are a professional stunt performer, note that it is not designed for that ;)

Sleeve: a size issue?
You have just purchased a Shapeheart phone mount, but when you want to use it for the first time... Problem: the size of the Sleeve doesn't fit your smartphone? Too small, too large? No problem — at Shapeheart, we'll easily exchange your magnetic Sleeve.
Compatibility
Is it compatible with my phone?
Our Sleeves are compatible with 99% of phones on the market, including protective cases.
A size guide is available on each of our product pages and below. It will calculate the ideal Sleeve for you based on your smartphone's dimensions (height x width) case included.

How do you use the adhesive metal plate?
The surface
The surface must be smooth and perfectly clean.
Grip
If adhesion is insufficient, you can supplement it with epoxy glue.
Remove the magnet
Never pull the phone along the magnet axis as this may detach the plate. Always pull to the side with a lever motion.
Hold the plate
Always hold the metal plate with your finger when removing the phone.
REFLECTIONS
Are there any reflections?
With our magnetic Sleeves, you can use your phone and follow your GPS day and night. However, in bright sunshine, the Sleeve may reflect slightly (just as you'd lose visibility using your phone under a summer sun).
That's why we decided to offer the adhesive metal plate. It means you no longer need to place your smartphone in the Sleeve and can use our mounts simply by sticking it to the back of your case.

What is the difference between your Sleeves?
The classic magnetic Sleeve

As its name suggests, it features a window on the back compatible with all smartphone cameras, and is also weatherproof.
The waterproof sleeve
Fully waterproof and can be submerged in liquid.
What if I change my phone?
You can simply repurchase the Sleeve separately if needed.
This way you don't have to replace everything each time.
Adaptability
Is it suited to my body type/vehicle?
For two-wheeled products, our handlebar attachment (using a silicone strap or a pair of elastic bands) is compatible with all products that offer a section around which the strap or elastic bands can be wrapped (round or square, stem or handlebar) with a diameter ranging from 20mm to 60mm.

Are your products waterproof?
Our products protect your phone from rain (weatherproof, not waterproof). You can therefore use them in the rain for several hours without any issues. However, they are not designed to be submerged in water except for our waterproof Sleeve, so no swimming pools or underwater cycling.

Is there a warranty on your products?
Of course, for the sleeve, the textile and silicone parts, the basic warranty is 2 years. This period is extended to 10 years by registering your product. We explain everything here:

Is there a risk of damage due to vibrations?
NO!
And this is actually what sets us apart from our competitors. Thanks to the Sleeve, motor and road vibrations are absorbed and do not damage the phone's camera stabilizer.

Are you really the only ones doing this?
This is indeed one of the questions we are often asked, and the answer is YES, yes and yes again. We invented the concept of the detachable magnetic sleeve and every product we release is the result of intense and lengthy reflection on usage, as well as extensive work on design and industrial engineering.
Why? Because the manufacturing process is quite complex and other brands favor systems unique to each phone that push you to repurchase their product more regularly. That is not our philosophy.
