For every purchase, you benefit from a standard 2-year warranty on all products.

We have extended it to 10 years for mounts (excluding sleeve and metal plate) when you register your product through the short dedicated questionnaire.

    When you buy a Shapeheart product, you benefit from a magnetic system warranty 🏆. But don't worry, the magnets are designed to last for decades. As for the sleeve, the textile parts, and the elastics for two-wheel products, the standard warranty is 2 years.

  • 🔧 What should I do if I have an issue?

    The process is simple: if you have any issue under normal use, we will replace the defective part. This is the advantage of buying from a French company 🇫🇷. It allows for better quality after-sales service. Because we produce tens of thousands of parts each year, there's always a chance that a small defect might slip through.
