For every purchase, you have a standard 2-year warranty on all products.

We have extended it to 10 years for mounts (excluding Sleeve and metal plate) when you register your product using the dedicated short questionnaire.

⏱ What is the duration of the warranty?
When you purchase a Shapeheart product, you benefit from a warranty on the magnetic system 🏆. But don't worry — the magnets are designed to stay magnetic for decades and decades. As for the Sleeve, the textile parts and the elastics for two-wheeled products, the standard warranty is 2 years.

🔧 What happens if I have an issue?
The process is simple: if you have the slightest issue under normal use, we replace the defective part. That's the advantage of buying from a French company 🇫🇷. It allows for better after-sales service quality. Because producing tens of thousands of parts every year, we can never be completely safe from having let a small defect slip through on a product.
