1. Choose the adapter based on your handlebar diameter:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebar: no adapter needed.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebar: 1.7 mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebar: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebar: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top using the Allen key.
3. Insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly), and off you go!

How do I choose my sleeve?
Choose the sleeve that best fits your phone from the 3 sizes (M / XL / 2XL) for an optimal fit. Use our size guide for a personalized recommendation.
Otherwise, measure your phone with its case:
- Phone height up to 14.7 cm: choose the sleeve M
- Phone height up to 16.5 cm: choose the sleeve XL
- Phone height up to 17.2 cm: choose the sleeve 2XL
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove your phone case to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be sufficient to withstand impacts. You must use the sleeve or the Shapeheart plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing marks. There is no greater risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts most often occur on public transport — on the metro, for example, where once the doors are closed, there is nothing you can do.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Consider that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone itself.
Does the sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without worry with our 3 sleeves.
Is the sleeve touchscreen-friendly?
Yes, of course. To ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it is important to choose the right sleeve size — refer to our size guide.
Are there reflections in sunlight?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the angle of the phone, or your posture on the bike or motorcycle. You can use the metal plate to reduce this effect, but keep in mind that even without a sleeve, in direct sunlight, visibility may be reduced.
Don't forget to set your brightness to maximum either.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! The Classic and Pro sleeves have a slot for passing the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay with an equivalent size, you don't need to buy anything. If not, you can just buy the sleeve again — no need to replace everything.
