1. Remove the plastic part of your scooter that needs to be drilled so you can pass the screw(s) through it.
2. Drill the part with 1 or 2 holes (handlebar or dashboard).
3. Insert the screw(s) and place the locking washer on the mounting plate side.
Important: place the strap before screwing in the mounting plate. Either between the 2 screws, or through the screw.
4. Screw in the mounting plate, then attach the mount so that the strap is evenly tensioned.
5. Reattach the plastic part of the scooter.
6. Insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly), and off you go!

I've heard that mounts can damage the phone camera?
That's true, but only for motorcycles, where the engine vibrations of certain bikes can damage the optical stabilizer of some phones (mainly iPhone).
Our mounts with sleeves absorb vibrations, so there's no risk.

Does the sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any issue with our 3 sleeves.
Is the sleeve fully touchscreen-responsive?
Yes, of course. To ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right sleeve size — refer to our size guide.
Does the phone get hot?
Of course, inside the sleeve the phone will get warmer than without a sleeve. It then depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you're charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It's rare but it can happen. In that case, you should opt for the version with the metal plate.
Is there glare in sunlight?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the phone, or your posture on your 2-wheeler. You can use the metal plate to reduce this effect, but keep in mind that even without a sleeve, in direct sunlight, visibility can be reduced.
Also, don't forget to set your brightness to the maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, of course! The Classic and Pro sleeves have a slot to pass the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay with an equivalent size, you don't need to buy anything. If not, you can just repurchase the sleeve — no need to buy everything again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove your phone case to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be sufficient to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but this is absolutely not an issue we observe.
On one hand, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinguishing features. There is no more risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts mostly happen on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors close, there's nothing you can do.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have had no feedback whatsoever about this type of theft.
