1. Choose the adapter according to the diameter of your handlebars:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebar: no adapter.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebar: 1.7mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebar: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebar: 5.1mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebars, then bolt the mount on top using the Allen key.
3. Insert your phone into the Sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to centre it properly) and off you go!

In one single gesture and just a few seconds: place and remove the lights on your bike.
Thanks to their fixed base, there's no longer any need to remove and reattach the elastic straps each time — simply detach the light units. When your bike is outside, remove the lights to avoid any risk of theft. This will also make it very easy to recharge your lights' battery.

1. Install the magnetic base of the front light on your frame or handlebar; and the rear light base at the seat post:
- From 12 to 30 mm in diameter: use the small elastic bands,
- From 30 to 50 mm in diameter: use the larger elastic bands.
2. Magnetically attach the front and rear lights vertically to their respective mounts.
3. Choose the lighting mode from the 6 modes by pressing the button and you're off!
Simply remove the lights from their magnetic base to recharge them or when you park your bike outside to prevent theft.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the Sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone.
I've heard that mounts can damage the phone's camera?
That's true — for motorcycles only, where the engine vibrations of certain bikes can damage the optical stabilizer of some phones (mainly iPhone).
Our mounts with Sleeves absorb the vibrations, so there's no risk.

Can someone steal my phone?
The question is legitimate, but this is absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing marks. There is no greater risk than walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Snatch thefts most often occur on public transport — on the metro, for example, where once the doors close, nothing can be done.
Once again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.

Is the Sleeve touch-screen compatible?
Yes, of course. And to ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right Sleeve size — refer to our size guide.
Does the Sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro Sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any worries with our 3 sleeves.
Does the phone get hot?
Obviously, inside the Sleeve the phone will heat up more than without a Sleeve. It then depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you are charging the phone at the same time, and finally the outside temperature.
It's rare but it can happen. In that case, you should opt for the version with the metal plate.
Are there any reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the phone's position, or your posture on your two-wheeler. You can use the metal plate to reduce this effect, but keep in mind that even without a Sleeve, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
Also don't forget to turn your brightness up to the max.
Can I charge my phone?
Of course! The Classic and Pro Sleeves have a slot to pass the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay with an equivalent size, you have nothing to buy. If not, you can simply repurchase the Sleeve — no need to buy everything again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the case from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone won't be enough to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart Sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
