1. Choose the adapter based on your handlebar diameter:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebar: no adapter needed.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebar: 1.7 mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebar: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebar: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top using the Allen key.
3. Insert your phone into the sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and off you go!

How do you use the plate?
The adhesive metal plate can be installed on the protective case of any smartphone. Thanks to the adhesive metal plate, enjoy optimal visibility when using your phone during your activities.
Caution: Depending on the phone case, the adhesive will bond more or less well (on textured cases), or not at all (on fabric or anti-dust protectors).

High-frequency vibrations
By mounting your phone on your motorcycle or scooter, it may be subjected to high-frequency vibrations emitted by your vehicle's engine. These vibrations can damage the camera (optical image stabilizer) of your phone. The anti-vibration is designed precisely to absorb these high-frequency vibrations.
In the video, subjected to very high-frequency vibrations, the mount with the anti-vibration (on the left) stabilizes the phone; whereas without the anti-vibration (on the right) the phone shakes.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Consider that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside their phones.
I've heard that mounts can damage the phone camera?
This is true, for motorcycles only, where the engine vibrations of certain motorcycles can damage the optical image stabilizer of certain phones (mainly iPhone).
Our mounts with sleeves absorb vibrations, so there is no risk.

Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no visible distinctive markings. There is no greater risk than walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts happen most of the time on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, nothing can be done.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.

Is the sleeve fully touch-sensitive?
Yes, of course. And to ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right sleeve size — refer to our size guide.
Does the sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any concern with our 3 sleeves.
Does the phone get hot?
Of course, inside the sleeve the phone will get warmer than without a sleeve. It then depends on the phone, the GPS usage, whether you are charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It's rare but it can happen. In that case, you should opt for the version with the metal plate.
Are there reflections in the sun?
Yes, it can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, your phone's orientation, or your posture on your 2-wheeler. You can use the metal plate to reduce this effect, but don't forget that even without a sleeve, in direct sunlight, visibility can be reduced.
Also remember to set your brightness to maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes of course! The Classic and Pro sleeves have a slot to pass the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay with an equivalent size, you don't need to buy anything. If not, you can simply repurchase just the sleeve — no need to buy everything again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate to your phone case, you simply need to remove the case to charge your phone on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be sufficient to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
