1. Choose the mount based on the diameter of your handlebars or stem:
- Handlebars or stem with a diameter of 20 to 30 mm: use the strap
- Handlebars or stem with a diameter of 30 to 50 mm: use the elastic bands
- The strap and elastic bands are made from ultra-resistant silicone guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging your bike's paint.
2. Position your mount on the handlebars or stem of the bike, then attach the strap or elastic bands to the mount.
3. Insert your phone into the Sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and off you go!

How do I choose my Sleeve?
Choose the Sleeve that best suits your phone from the three sizes (M / XL / 2XL) for an optimal fit. Use our size guide for a personalized recommendation.
Otherwise, measure your phone with its case:
- Phone height up to 14.7 cm: choose the M Sleeve
- Phone height up to 16.5 cm: choose the XL Sleeve
- Phone height up to 17.2 cm: choose the 2XL Sleeve
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the case to charge your phone on a MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be sufficient to absorb shocks. It is essential to use the Shapeheart Sleeve or plate to ensure a secure attachment to the mounts.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not a problem we encounter. On one hand, the mount is removable and very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing features. The risk is no greater than when you hold your phone in your hand on the street.
Snatch thefts occur mainly in public transport, such as the metro, where once the doors are closed it is difficult to act.
Once again, the question is legitimate, but we have no reports of this type of theft.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No, because there is no magnetic field inside the Sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here. In fact, brands like Apple now integrate magnets inside their phones.
Does the Sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro Sleeves protect against rain, but they are not designed to be submerged. For that, choose the waterproof Sleeve. Under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any issues with our three Sleeves.
Does the phone get hot?
Obviously, the phone will heat up more in the Sleeve than without. This depends on the phone model, GPS usage, whether you are charging it at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It is rare, but it can happen. In that case, it is preferable to choose the version with the metal plate.
Are there any reflections in the sun?
Yes, this can happen depending on the position of the sun, the phone, or your posture on a bike or motorcycle. You can use the metal plate to limit this effect, but keep in mind that, even without the Sleeve, visibility can be reduced in direct sunlight.
Also remember to increase the brightness to the maximum.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes! The Classic and Pro Sleeves have a slot to pass the charger cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If the size is similar, you don't need to buy anything new. Otherwise, you can purchase just a new sleeve, without having to buy everything again.
