1. Using the Allen key, unscrew the stem cap and position the mount in the fork tube.
2. Tighten the mount as much as possible by hand, remove the rubber cap from the mount and finish tightening with the key in the center of the magnets.
3. Replace the cap on the mount. Insert your phone into the Sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and you're off!
FAQ
Can someone steal my phone?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not an issue we have ever observed.
First of all, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing features. There is no greater risk than walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Snatch thefts occur, most of the time, on public transport. On the metro, for example, where once the doors close, there's nothing you can do.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have not had a single report of this type of theft.

How do I choose my Sleeve?
Choose the most suitable Sleeve for your phone from the three sizes (M / XL / 2XL) for an optimal fit. Use our size guide for a personalized recommendation. Otherwise, measure your phone with its case:
- Phone height up to 14.7 cm: choose the Sleeve M
- Phone height up to 16.5 cm: choose the Sleeve XL
- Phone height up to 17.2 cm: choose the Sleeve 2XL
Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the Sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone itself.

Is the Sleeve touch-screen compatible?
Of course. And to ensure the touchscreen is as responsive as possible, it is important to choose the right sleeve size — refer to our size guide for this.
Does the Sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But in normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any issue with our 3 sleeves.
Can I charge my phone?
Of course! The Classic and Pro Sleeves have a slot to pass the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay with an equivalent size, you have nothing to buy. If not, you can simply repurchase the Sleeve — no need to buy everything again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with inductive charging. By sticking the metal plate on your phone case, you just need to remove your phone case to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be enough to withstand shocks. It is essential to use the Shapeheart Sleeve or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
