1. Choose the mounting option based on your handlebar or stem diameter:
- Handlebar or stem from 20 to 30 mm in diameter: use the strap
- Handlebar or stem from 30 to 50 mm in diameter: use the elastic bands
- The strap and elastic bands are made of ultra-resistant silicone, guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging your motorcycle's paintwork.
2. Position your mount on the handlebar or stem of the motorcycle, then attach the strap or elastic bands to the mount.
3. Stick the plate to the back of your phone case, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and you're good to go!

The adhesive metal plate can be installed on the protective case of any smartphone. Thanks to the adhesive metal plate, enjoy optimal visibility to use your phone during your activities.
Warning: depending on the phone case, the adhesive may stick better or worse (on textured cases), or not at all (on fabric, leather, or dust-proof cases).

Does it really hold? Can the phone fall?
Yes, it holds. You've seen it in the videos above, and if thousands of stores and well-known retailers across Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) have trusted us for several years, there's a good reason for it.
Sure, if you hit a tree mountain biking or do backflips on a motocross bike, the mount might come off — but if you're a regular rider, you'll have no issues whatsoever.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it's absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no visible distinctive markings. There is no more risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts most often occur in public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors close, there's nothing you can do.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have not had a single report of such thefts.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone itself.

Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove your phone case to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be sufficient to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
