1. Choose the mounting option based on the diameter of your handlebars or stem:
- Handlebars or stem from 20 to 30 mm in diameter: use the strap
- Handlebars or stem from 30 to 50 mm in diameter: use the elastic bands
- The strap and elastic bands are made of ultra-resistant silicone, guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging your motorcycle's paint.
2. Position your mount on the handlebars or stem of the motorcycle, and attach the strap or elastic bands to the mount.
3. Attach the plate to the back of your phone case, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly), and you're off!

The adhesive metal plate can be installed on your smartphone's protective case. Thanks to the adhesive metal plate, enjoy optimal visibility to use your phone during your activities.
Note: depending on the phone case, the adhesive may bond better or less well (on textured cases), or not at all (on fabric, leather, or dust-proof covers).

Does it really hold? Can the phone fall?
Yes, it holds. You've seen it in the videos above, and if thousands of well-known stores and retailers across Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) have trusted us for several years, there's a good reason for it.
So yes, if you hit a tree on a mountain bike or do backflips on a motocross bike, the mount could come off — but if you're among the general public, there will be no problem at all.
Can someone steal my phone?
The question is legitimate, but this is absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinguishing marks. There is no more risk than walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts occur, most of the time, on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there is nothing you can do.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field in the Sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Bear in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone itself.

Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the case from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone won't be enough to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart Sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
