1. Choose the mounting based on the diameter of your handlebar or stem:
- Handlebar or stem from 20 to 30 mm in diameter: use the strap
- Handlebar or stem from 30 to 50 mm in diameter: use the elastic bands
- The strap and elastic bands are made from ultra-resistant silicone, guaranteed for 2 years. No risk of damaging the paint on your motorbike.
2. Position your mount on the handlebar or stem of the motorbike, then attach the strap or elastic bands to the mount.
3. Stick the plate to the back of your phone case, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and you're off!

The adhesive metal plate can be installed on your smartphone's protective case. With the adhesive metal plate, enjoy optimal visibility to use your phone during your activities.
Warning: depending on the phone case, the adhesive may bond more or less well (on textured cases), or not at all (on fabric, leather, or anti-dust protective cases).

Does it really hold? Can the phone fall off?
Yes, it holds. You've seen it in the videos above, and if thousands of stores and well-known retailers across Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) have trusted us for several years, it's not for nothing.
So yes, if you hit a tree on a mountain bike or do backflips on a motocross, the mount could detach — but if you're among the general public, there will be no issue at all.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is legitimate, but it's absolutely not an issue we encounter.
For one thing, the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no apparent distinguishing marks. There is no more risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts occur, most of the time, on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors close, there's nothing you can do.
Once again, the question is legitimate, but we have not had a single report of such thefts.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even place magnets inside the phone itself.

Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate on your phone case, you simply need to remove the case to charge your phone on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be enough to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
