1. Choose the adapter based on your handlebar diameter:
- 31.8 mm diameter handlebar: no adapter needed.
- 28.6 mm diameter handlebar: 1.7 mm adapter.
- 25.4 mm diameter handlebar: 3.5 mm adapter.
- 22.2 mm diameter handlebar: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top of it using the Allen key.
3. Stick the metal plate on your phone case, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and you're good to go!

The adhesive metal plate can be installed on the protective case of any smartphone. Thanks to the adhesive metal plate, enjoy optimal visibility when using your phone during your activities.
Warning: depending on the phone case, the adhesive may stick more or less well (on textured cases), or not at all (on fabric, leather, or dust-proof cases).

Does it really hold? Can the phone fall?
Yes, it holds. You've seen it in the videos above, and if thousands of stores and well-known retailers across Europe (Intersport, Decathlon, Fnac, etc.) have trusted us for several years, it's not for nothing.
Sure, if you hit a tree mountain biking or do backflips on a motocross bike, the mount might come off — but if you're a regular rider, there will be absolutely no problem.
Can my phone be stolen?
The question is valid, but it is absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First, note that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing features. There is no greater risk than walking down the street with your phone in your hand.
Snatch thefts happen, most of the time, on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors close, there is nothing you can do.
Again, the question is valid, but we have not had a single report of that type of theft.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Keep in mind that brands like Apple now even put magnets inside the phone itself.

Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the phone case to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone will not be enough to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart sleeve or plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
