Here is the exchange process

You've just purchased a Shapeheart phone mount, but when you try to use it for the first time... problem: the Sleeve size doesn't fit your smartphone? Too small, too large? No problem — at Shapeheart, we make it easy to exchange your magnetic Sleeve. Just follow these few simple and quick steps to complete the exchange process.

In this article, we'll walk you through the key steps you should follow to successfully exchange your Sleeve.

1ST STEP

Fill in the Sleeve exchange form

To get started, simply fill in the form opposite: https://shapeheart.typeform.com/to/hhP49RvA

Make sure to provide as much information as possible (Last name - First name - Address - Postcode - City - Email address - Phone number) so that the exchange can be carried out as smoothly as possible and the new Sleeve reaches its destination.

2ND STEP

Prepare your sleeve for the exchange

As stated in the form, you must send back ONLY the Sleeve that doesn't suit you, and not the complete product. Also, make sure the magnetic Sleeve is in good condition.

For the exchange to be processed, please send it back to us in an envelope with 2 stamps

3RD STEP

Return your Sleeve

You will then just need to mail the envelope to the address opposite:

4TH STEP

Receive your new Sleeve!

Once received, we will send you the Sleeve in the right size. Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days.
We simply want to clarify one point: as the Sleeve is sent in an envelope to limit costs and ecological impact, there will be no tracking number.

If after 2 weeks you still haven't received anything, please contact us again at contact@shapeheart.com and we will take care of it.
