New rider, I was looking for a mount that wasn't too expensive but still quality! For the complete kit it's cheaper than the competition and honestly I'm not disappointed, it holds perfectly, I got the wrist strap as a safety backup just in case. But honestly even at 160 on a small road it doesn't move. (And I rarely leave reviews).

No installation issues at all, it's ultra simple. I finally found the right mount despite the dock for the BMW GPS (way too expensive for what it is — I need to remove it but you have to disassemble almost the entire fairing to access the connectors… Can't be bothered!!) which would let me position it much better by avoiding sun glare where the screen becomes hard to read. No issues while riding, even on slightly bumpy small roads — it doesn't move at all.

Disarmingly simple! The mount is very reliable and the sleeve is high quality, even if it does cause some sensitivity to glare and a slight loss of screen brightness. The one thing that would make me happy is the same sleeve with a second opening to take photos without removing the smartphone each time ;o) Otherwise, excellent product!

Is it compatible with all motorcycles?

Yes. Our system mounts on handlebars or stem. Compatible with 95% of models on the market.

Does it hold in the rain?

Yes. Our sleeve is IPX4-certified. The screen stays touch-responsive and the smartphone is 100% protected.

What happens if the magnet gives way?

It doesn't happen, but if it does, we replace it. 10-year warranty. Return the product at our expense, and we'll send you a new one within 48h.

Can I install it on my own without tools?

Yes, 2 minutes flat. Mounts via lock or clamp, no tools required. Installation video included in the package and available on our YouTube channel.

Is it theft-proof?

The question is valid, but it's absolutely not an issue we come across.

For one thing, it's worth noting that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no visible distinguishing marks. There's no more risk than when you walk down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts happen, most of the time, on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors close, there's nothing you can do.

Again, the question is valid, but we have not had a single report of that type of theft.
