New rider, I was looking for a mount that wasn't too expensive but good quality! For the complete set you pay less than the competition and honestly I'm not disappointed — it holds perfectly, I got the wrist strap as a safety measure just in case. But honestly even at 160 on a small road it doesn't move. (and I rarely leave reviews).

No mounting issues, it's ultra simple. I finally found the right mount despite the BMW GPS dock (too expensive for what it is — actually I need to remove it but you have to disassemble almost the entire fairing to access the connector... can't be bothered!!) which would allow me to position it much better by avoiding sun glare where reading becomes difficult. No issues while riding even on slightly chaotic small roads, it doesn't move.

Disarmingly simple! The mount is very reliable and the sleeve is high quality, even if it causes some sensitivity to glare and a slight loss of screen brightness. The one thing that would make me happy: the same sleeve with a second opening to take photos without removing the smartphone each time ;o) Otherwise, excellent product!

Is it compatible with all motorcycles?

Yes. Our system mounts on the handlebar or stem. Compatible with 95% of models on the market.

Does it hold in the rain?

Yes. Our sleeve is certified IPX4. The screen stays touch-sensitive and the smartphone is 100% protected.

What happens if the magnet gives way?

It doesn't happen, but if it does, we replace it. 10-year warranty. Return the product at our expense and we'll send you a new one within 48h.

Can I install it alone without tools?

Yes, 2 minutes flat. Lock or clamp mount, no tools required. Installation video included in the package and available on our YouTube channel.

Is it secure against theft?

The question is legitimate but this is absolutely not an issue we encounter.

First, it should be noted that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no visible distinguishing marks. There is no greater risk than when walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts happen, most of the time, on public transport. On the subway, for example, where once the doors are closed, there is nothing you can do.

Once again, the question is legitimate but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.
