Start by turning off your Bluetooth. Turn on the sensor and place it next to your phone.

Follow these instructions to pair your Shapeheart heart rate monitor.

First, open your Nike Run Club app.

Then, at the bottom left, select settings.

Next, allow the Bluetooth activation request.

Now, the Shapeheart heart rate tracker appears.

In the devices section, enable the heart rate display.

You've just paired your heart rate tracker with your phone and your rhythm displays once you start your run.
