CSR Policy, commitments, mobilization… Terms that are appearing more and more in our daily lives and that can sometimes be misunderstood. Shapeheart is committed at different levels and in different sectors to try to move, at its own scale, the world around it.
But to understand these commitments, let's first start by understanding: What is CSR?
"Corporate Social Responsibility" represents all the actions put in place by companies to contribute to the challenges of sustainable development. Ecology, gender equality, inclusion of marginalized groups and much more…
These are the kinds of topics that companies are tackling in order to act at their own scale and contribute to a better future. Both internally and beyond their walls, companies are launching more and more action plans to make a difference!
And at Shapeheart, are we taking action?

"With great power comes great responsibility" — that's what we like to remind ourselves at Shapeheart. Originally, the founding project of Shapeheart came from the ambition to help limit electronic products.
Indeed, the smartphone can today do almost everything, replacing a large number of single-use electronic devices. We therefore decided to build the development of our products around this conclusion.

At Shapeheart, we are committed to producing durable, high-quality products in order to reduce overconsumption, which is hugely harmful to our planet. With permanent magnets that cannot wear out or break, our products are built to accompany you over the long term and never let you down!

From the product to the packaging, we are committed to making things change! We made the decision to remove 100% of the plastic from our packaging, as well as to reduce its size as much as possible.
Indeed, reducing the product size to a minimum helps reduce material needs as well as transportation costs. Smaller, recyclable, and more responsible packaging!
Local proximity? We know all about it!
Digital is great, but so is local commerce! It is now possible to find Shapeheart in more points of sale across Europe. A way for us to help both large retailers and small neighborhood shops stay afloat.
Shapeheart's DNA is rooted in inclusion, and that is why we are committed to making our products accessible to as many people as possible, with low prices and one of the best value-for-money offerings on the market.
Recycling is our commitment!
Helping reduce the number of waste items — done! Is it enough? Definitely not!
To give a second life (and maybe even a third) to our products, we have set up a returns system for our products on our website.
Nothing could be simpler: if you no longer use your Shapeheart mount, head to our website to find all the return information and give your product a new lease of life!
