Unlock the  smartlock?

Problem: Does your phone lock automatically when you place it on its Shapeheart magnetic mount (Magnetic Dock for bike, motorcycle and scooter products, or on the magnet of the belt or armband for running products)?

Our solution: Disable Smartlock

When you buy a case or cover (plastic or leather, portfolio style), they have a flap which primarily protects the screen from scratches, drops or even impacts. Not everyone knows this, but it also allows you to automatically control the locking of your smartphone thanks to a small magnet — that's the smartlock.
The phone therefore turns off every time you close the cover over the main screen.
