1. Choose the adapter based on your handlebar diameter:
- Handlebar with a diameter of 31.8 mm: no adapter needed.
- Handlebar with a diameter of 28.6 mm: 1.7 mm adapter.
- Handlebar with a diameter of 25.4 mm: 3.5 mm adapter.
- Handlebar with a diameter of 22.2 mm: 5.1 mm adapter.
2. Position the adapter on the handlebar, then screw the mount on top using the Allen key.
3. Insert your phone into the Sleeve, snap it onto the mount (making sure to center it properly) and you're off!

How do you use the plate?
The adhesive metal plate can be installed on the protective case of any smartphone. Thanks to the adhesive metal plate, enjoy optimal visibility to use your phone during your activities.
Warning: Depending on the phone case, the adhesive will bond more or less well (on textured cases), or not at all (on textile protectors, dust-proof cases).

By mounting your phone to your motorcycle or scooter, it may be subjected to certain high-frequency vibrations emitted by your vehicle's engine. These vibrations can damage your phone's camera (the optical stabilizer). The anti-vibration system is designed specifically to dampen these high-frequency vibrations.
In the video, subjected to very high-frequency vibrations, the mount with the anti-vibration system (on the left) stabilizes the phone; whereas without the anti-vibration system (on the right) the phone shakes.

Are the magnets harmful to my phone?
No. Simply because there is no magnetic field inside the Sleeve or through the plate. We explain everything here.
Bear in mind that brands like Apple now even place magnets inside the phone itself.
I've heard that mounts can damage the phone's camera?
That's true, specifically for motorcycles where the engine vibrations of certain bikes can damage the optical image stabilizer of some phones (mainly iPhone).
Our mounts with Sleeves absorb vibrations, so there is no risk.

Can someone steal my phone?
The question is legitimate, but it is absolutely not an issue we encounter.
First of all, keep in mind that the mount is removable. Our mounts are very discreet, with no obvious distinguishing features. There is no more risk than walking down the street with your phone in hand.
Snatch thefts mostly happen on public transport — on the subway, for example, where once the doors close, there's nothing you can do.
Again, the question is legitimate, but we have not received a single report of this type of theft.

Is the Sleeve touch-screen compatible?
Yes, of course. And to ensure the touch screen is as responsive as possible, it's important to choose the right Sleeve size — refer to our size guide for this.
Does the Sleeve really protect against rain?
The Classic and Pro Sleeves protect against rain but are not designed to be submerged in water — they are not waterproof. For that, you need to choose the waterproof sleeve.
But under normal conditions, you can ride in the rain without any worries with our 3 sleeves.
Does the phone get hot?
Obviously, inside the Sleeve the phone will heat up more than without a Sleeve. It also depends on the phone, the GPS, whether you are charging the phone at the same time, and the outside temperature.
It is rare but it can happen. In that case, you should opt for the version with the metal plate.
Are there any reflections in the sun?
Yes, that can happen. Depending on the position of the sun, the position of the phone, or your posture on your 2-wheeler. You can use the metal plate to reduce this effect, but keep in mind that, even without a sleeve, in direct sunlight, visibility may be reduced.
Don't forget to set your screen brightness to the maximum either.
Can I charge my phone?
Of course! The Classic and Pro Sleeves have a slot to pass the charging cable through.
What if I change my phone?
If you stay with an equivalent size, you don't need to buy anything. If not, you can just repurchase the Sleeve — no need to buy everything again.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 10 years by registering your product. Everything is explained here.
Is it compatible with wireless charging and/or MagSafe?
The metal plate is not directly compatible with wireless charging. By sticking the metal plate onto your phone case, you simply need to remove the case from your phone to charge it on your MagSafe charger.
MagSafe alone won't be enough to withstand impacts. You must use the Shapeheart Sleeve or metal plate to ensure proper use of the mounts.
