As young entrepreneurs, we are aware of the impact a company has on society. Yet our commitments did not serve as a particular competitive advantage because we were afraid of greenwashing. But it is clear that things are changing, and so are we.

Our primary goal is to create a product that is simple to use, as universal as possible, and at an affordable price for everyone.

This product vision coexists with today's societal and environmental challenges and with the idea of doing things right. That is why we commit to:

  1. Guarantee our products for 10 years
  2. Offer a design that avoids planned obsolescence (unlike our case-based competitors)
  3. Provide an ultra-reliable after-sales service so that no one ever has to throw away their Shapeheart
  4. Improve our packaging to make it 100% recyclable
  5. Continuously reassemble or donate our stock so that no stock ever goes to waste
  6. Minimize our travel and air freight imports as much as possible
  7. Magnets are eternal: offer recycling of our magnets here
  8. Be honest with our customers, suppliers and retailers (no wild promises, no excessive promotions, no "dark patterns" on our website)

Customer satisfaction: our priority

Our primary concern is your satisfaction, which is why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our products with every purchase.

To enhance your experience, we have decided to extend this warranty to 10 years when you register your product by completing a short questionnaire. This warranty extension covers all loss or breakage of parts, with the exception of magnetic Sleeves.

Smartphones can do everything...

It was starting from this observation that we focused our product development around it. This allows us to avoid the proliferation of electronic gadgets that were trendy in 2014 when we launched Shapeheart.

Yes, in some cases a GPS device can be more practical than using your smartphone, but in the vast majority of cases, that's not true. So let's make the effort not to produce more unnecessary, quickly obsolete objects.

For our products, we chose from the start to use a magnetic Sleeve rather than a case, in order to minimize the number of product references manufactured.

By opting for this solution, we avoid creating dozens and dozens of cases that would only fit a phone with a limited lifespan.

Every year, our competitors throw away unsold stock.

With the Sleeve, there's no need to buy anything new when you change phones, and no wasted stock.

We also thought about local shops that resell our products, to avoid tripling the volume of their stock. Because yes, working with local shops is in our DNA.

The cherry on top is that our Sleeve helps absorb vibrations that could damage your phones.

Our products are built to last, but part of a product can always get damaged or lost... To avoid having to repurchase everything, or to handle after-sales cases as fairly as possible, each part of each product is available separately.

This helps limit the number of products discarded and the number of parts produced. You can find all our accessories individually below:

Smaller, plastic-free: our 100% eco-friendly packaging

That wasn't the case at the beginning with our first packaging. Step by step, we pushed the logic further until we removed 100% of the plastic from our boxes, creating a unique packaging format for all our products and reducing its size as much as possible to lower transport needs and costs.

As a result, our packaging is not worthy of a luxury brand, but it is more respectful of the environment.

Why an obsession with value for money?

We are always working on continuous improvement of our products, which translates into regular innovation and a constant search for ever more high-performing materials. We have notably chosen to use magnets that are permanent, meaning you won't have to replace your product every 2 or 3 years, which helps to greatly reduce waste.

On the pricing side, our aim has always been the same: making our products accessible to as many people as possible. That's why they are affordable and remain, in your opinion, the best value for money on the market. Because yes, being responsible is one thing, but if you offer products at prices that few people can afford, well, that remains of little use.
