Wrong Sleeve size?
You've just purchased a Shapeheart phone mount but when you try to use it for the first time ... problem — the Sleeve size doesn't fit your smartphone? Too small, too large? No problem, at Shapeheart we'll easily swap your magnetic Sleeve. Simply follow these few quick and easy steps to complete the exchange process.
In this article, we'll walk you through the key steps you should follow to successfully exchange your Sleeve.
1ST STEP
Fill in the Sleeve exchange form
To get started, simply fill in the form opposite: https://shapeheart.typeform.com/to/hhP49RvA
Make sure to provide as much information as possible (Last name - First name - Address - Postal code - City - Email address - Phone number) so that the exchange goes as smoothly as possible and the new Sleeve arrives at its destination.
2ND STEP
Prepare your Sleeve for the exchange
As stated in the form, you must return ONLY the Sleeve that does not suit you, and not the complete product. Also, make sure the magnetic Sleeve is in good condition.
For the exchange to be processed, please send it back to us in an envelope with 2 stamps
3RD STEP
Return your Sleeve
You will then just need to mail the envelope to the address opposite:

4TH STEP
Receive your new sleeve
Once received, we will send you the Sleeve in the right size. Shipping may take between 3 and 10 days.
We simply want to clarify one point: since the Sleeve is sent in an envelope to limit costs and ecological impact, there will be no tracking number.
If after 2 weeks you still haven't received anything, please contact us again at contact@shapeheart.com and we'll take care of it

Proche de la note maximum pour cet accessoire bientôt indispensable, sauf le double reflet vitre du téléphone + reflet pochette.
Il devrait pouvoir y avoir des pochettes évidées au centre pour laisser libre l’espace tactile utile du GPS, ou bien des pochettes en plastique mat, non brillant.
